Hot Fusion

This is a 45 or 60-minute music driven, low impact workout. The focus is activating smaller muscle groups, together with bursts of heart-pumping cardio to create strength and heat in the body. Hot Fusion is a total body workout, using hand weights, and includes balance and core work. This class is done barefoot. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. The studio will be heated to 95 degrees.

 Hot, energetic, powerful. Infrared heat together with a dynamic playlist will ignite the fire in your practice. This power vinyasa-style class emphasizes dynamic sequencing, powerful postures and precision alignment to increase strength and flexibility. Guided, focused breath will clear the mind. Variations make this class available to all levels. The studio is heated to 95 degrees.

Barre

This slow, vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Focused teaching and attention to detail enable participants to breathe deeply and build strength, length and steadiness in each posture. Steady your being and grow your practice. Studio is heated between 90 and 95 degrees.

 This is a 45-minute barre class that will lengthen and strengthen your legs, tone your upper body, and challenge your core! Light hand weights and a sponge ball are used for equipment. This class is done barefoot. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The studio temperature is warm.

Yin Meditation

 Yin is a style of yoga that is slower paced and meditative. While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. In this 60-minute class you will hold passive floor poses for hips, pelvis, legs and the lower spine. The class will begin and end with meditation.

Healing, nourishing, detoxifying. Infrared warmth, coupled with breath connection and deep stretches provide the perfect environment to release tight muscles and to restore balance to the body. All stretch, no flow, this class utilizes a variety of props to assist in recharging you for life. Perfect for all levels. The studio is warmed to 75 degrees.

This fusion class is for those who want to lengthen, tone, and stretch. Standing Pilates and barre for balance and lengthening, core work on the mat, light hand weights for toning, and a stretchy yoga sequence to feel amazing. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The room is warm. This class is for ALL levels!

Intentional, vigorous, integrated. Infrared heat prepares the body for an empowering and revitalizing practice. This yoga-fusion class will develop physical and mental strength and may incorporate light weights and heart pumping movement. There will be options appropriate for all levels. The studio is heated to 90 degrees.

This is a 45-minute class that includes elements of Barre for long, lean legs, hand weights to build strength in the upper body, and Pilates exercises to challenge and strengthen the core. This class is done barefoot or in socks. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. The studio temperature is comfortably cool.

This is a 45-minute class to build muscular strength - upper body, lower body and core. Slow repetition with a mix of strength equipment and plenty of variety. There is NO cardio in this class. Wear studio shoes and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.

 This is a 45-minute circuit training class with stations for cardio, strength and core. This is a TOTAL body workout with great coaching and lots of FUN! Wear clean sneakers and bring a water bottle.

 This is a 45-minute strength training class with great variation in the number of repetitions: both increasing and decreasing reps. The set progression allows for a warm-up, time to practice at hitting the exercise groove, and then increasing weight. Wear clean, dry sneakers (studio shoes), bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The studio temperature is cool.

 This is a 45-minute strength training class using a variety of equipment with multi-joint exercises in all three planes of movement. Wear clean, dry sneakers (studio shoes) and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. The studio temperature will be cool.

Cardio Dance Fusion

 This is an aerobic dance-fitness class that will get your heart pumping learning an original, short dance fitness routine with some sculpting and toning moves intertwined. No dance experience needed - this class will bring confidence and encourage self-expression. Come ready to sweat!

Class Breakdown:

Warm-up (10 min): Stretching and strength work (core, arms, glutes, legs). 

Routine (10 min): Participants learn a short dance routine (the typical length is around 8-10 eight counts). The routine is taught without music to counts; modifications are offered. Each routine involves a floor section (typically planks, mountain climbers, sit ups, etc.) for some interval training. Once the routine is learned to counts, music section starts.

Cardio Dancing Section (20 min): Approximately 8-10 songs for about 30 min of cardio dancing. The songs start slow (~100 bpm) and progress to a faster pace (max~130 bpm).

Cool-Down (5 min): Stretching to end class.

Wear clean, dry sneakers. Bring a water bottle.
