With frequent work travel, how do you stay so consistent?

Consistency starts with making fitness non‑negotiable. Travel and busy days may change how it looks, but the mindset stays the same—it’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up.

How does movement help you stay grounded and energized?

Movement simply helps me feel my best. It clears my head, boosts my energy, and keeps me grounded. When fitness is part of my routine, I’m more focused, productive, patient, and better equipped to handle busy days. 

What motivated you to become an Executive Member and how does it support your lifestyle?

I was already all‑in, so it felt like the right level of commitment. It keeps me consistent and makes showing up for myself easy even when life gets busy. 

What does your ideal week of classes look like?

I love variety so my week consists of strength, cycle, and yoga. It keeps things fun, balanced, and sustainable. 

What advice would you give about making time for exercise?

Start small, keep it simple, and don’t wait for perfection.

If you could take one instructor with you on a work trip, who would it be and why?

I’d need a group travel pass! I’d take them all. Each instructor’s style is different, and that variety is what keeps me coming back.
