December Member Spotlight!

What originally inspired you to join, and what’s kept you coming back so consistently?

Working out and playing sports has always been a special part of my life. Each and every instructor at the gym is amazing, strong, supportive, and inspiring. Their diverse talents made Good Vibes Only a perfect and easy choice for me.

You’ve already completed 167 classes in 2025—what motivates you to show up month after month?

I TRULY enjoy the classes, and for me, routine and consistency are the keys to success. My goal is to work out 5 days a week, so I wake up knowing it is at the top of my “to do” list. I love challenging myself, and the variety of classes offered keeps me engaged and motivated. On busy days, I prioritize class knowing it will energize me and elevate my mood for the rest of the day. I never regret showing up. 

What changes—physically, mentally, or emotionally—have you noticed?

Life is about balance, and I now view strength as being both physical and mental. It is a privilege to be surrounded by instructors and fellow gym members who are committed to bettering themselves each day. I am grateful for all that I learn from this community, and I am constantly inspired by the grit, dedication, kindness and positive energy of those around me.

On days you don’t feel like working out, what mindset or routine helps you push through?

I view working out as an opportunity to start the day in a positive way. The feeling of accomplishment afterward is rewarding and I know consistency and discipline shape my results. On days when I need an extra push, I rely on friends for partner accountability. The shared experience is more fun, and I end the class smiling and grateful. 

What advice would you give to a newer member who wants to build consistency like yours?

Consistency isn't about being perfect-its about showing up for yourself. Set strong but attainable goals that excite you and maintain a mindset to get a little better each day. Every workout is a step forward to make you stronger. Good Vibes Only is the perfect setting for this to happen, because you are surrounded by women who are cheering for you and want you to succeed. 

What’s your favorite type of class and why does it keep you hooked?

 Cardio is my jam, and I have grown to LOVE cycle and strength classes. I enjoy seeing measurable progress, gaining mental clarity, building strength, and feeling a sense of accomplishment.
