
I would say “man up”! It’s an inclusive gym and going to yoga is just as manly as drinking whiskey! There’s a reason women live longer than men, so let’s follow their path!
Working out in the morning has become my routine, and the variety of classes and times ensures there’s a mix of weight training, cardio and yoga that fits my needs.
It wakes me up, calms my soul and gives me a kick start to my day!
You’ll usually find me in Vanessa’s classes, especially Yoga Blast. Marilyn’s Strength Pyramids is another must for me.
The consistent routine has helped me be more organized and calms my mind. And working out in the same room with others makes me try 10% harder! Love the accountability.
They will notice that I like to “camp out” (ask Heather 😊) and always have a pack of fruit snacks to get the blood sugar going!
