April 26th 10:30-11:15 AM
This class is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, and recovery. In a warm 85-degree room, we’ll guide you through beginner-friendly yoga postures that build strength, enhance mobility, and help prevent injuries. No experience needed. Every level is welcome. Expect a supportive environment focused on stretching tight muscles, improving range of motion, and building mental focus to complement your sport.

Move • Create • Connect
Give your kids an afternoon filled with movement, creativity, and confidence. Our Kids Yoga Club is a 45- minute yoga flow class ending with a stretch and cooldown, snack break and then a different craft each week.
This club is all about strong bodies, kind hearts, and positive vibes in a supportive, encouraging Good Vibes Only environment. Kids will leave feeling energized and empowered. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a lunch or snack.
Ages: 5 years and up
