
We’re swapping the lacrosse sticks for yoga mats to support the Warren Township High School Boys Lacrosse Team. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this event is all about high energy, good vibes, and community spirit.
No experience? No problem! This class is for everyone. And, every dollar raised goes directly to the WTHS Boys Lacrosse Team.
Be sure to wear your brightest whites or neon colors! Bring a yoga mat and your Blue Devil pride.

We’ll reserve a set number of spots for our group and release any unused slots two days prior to each session, so be sure to register early.

Join us for our April First Friday FREE barre class! This upbeat, feel-good class blends strength, flow, and mindful movement to boost your energy and lift your mood. Light weights and bands may be used. The studio is comfortably warm.

Give your kids an afternoon filled with movement, creativity, and confidence. Our Kids Yoga Club is a 45- minute yoga flow class ending with a stretch and cooldown, snack break and then a different craft each week.
This club is all about strong bodies, kind hearts, and positive vibes in a supportive, encouraging Good Vibes Only environment. Kids will leave feeling energized and empowered. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a lunch or snack.

This class is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, and recovery. In a warm 85-degree room, we’ll guide you through beginner-friendly yoga postures that build strength, enhance mobility, and help prevent injuries. No experience needed. Every level is welcome. Expect a supportive environment focused on stretching tight muscles, improving range of motion, and building mental focus to complement your sport.
